The hunting area

The hunting area of Dabki measures 5770 hectares, 74 percent of the area is forest and in the area is a lake of 300 hectares. The rest of the territory are swamps and agricultural land. The game population is good, the area has a very good red stag population with a good trophy quality. This year they harvested till now a gold and a silver medal stag, the average trophy weight of the stags is between 4.5 and 6 kg. The wild boar population is high, they are hunted on the well organised driven hunts in fall and winter, and from the high seats in the moon periods. The roe deer population has a good quality but do not expect trophies of 400 gr, nevertheless every year is good for a few surprisingly good heads. Last but not least Dabki has a fallow deer population with some good stags every year.
